Pre-registration is required for all classes.
Class size is limited. To guarantee a place in the class of your choice, register as soon as possible. Please observe any prerequisites before applying for a course. A confirmation will be sent for registrations received two weeks prior to the date of the course.

All classes listed in catalog are free of charge to West Virginia University Hospitals employees unless otherwise noted.

Special note to Residents and those enrolling Residents: Please do not schedule a Resident to attend a course if they worked or were on call the previous night before the course. It is imperative that they participate and are attentive for the entire course.
To Enroll in a Class
For Employees of West Virginia University Hospitals:
If you have access to a computer, please follow these steps:
- Go to Ruby Online and click on the Training link located on the left side of the page
- Click on the NetLearning logo and type in your ID badge
- Follow the directions on the screen
- Once you are logged in, click on Enroll in Class to find the course you are interested in taking.
If you are having trouble finding the class you are interested in taking, try changing the drop down boxes at the top of the screen.
