Q. My badge number will not work when I try to log in to NetLearning. What do I do?
A. Have you recently received a new badge number? Employee information is updated in NetLearning every Tuesday at 4:00pm. If you receive a new badge number, please take note of your old number until the system is updated. If you cannot remember your old number, please call the Center for Education & Organizational Development at 598-4045 or 598-4063 for assistance.
Q. Why can't I find the class that want to enroll in?
A. If you are having trouble finding the class you are interesting in, try changing the filters at the top of the Enroll in Class screen such as date range and course title. If it sill does not appear, the class may no longer be available for enrollment. For further information regarding the class, you can contact the Center for Education & Organizational Development at 598-4045 or 598-4063 for assistance.
Q. How do I see the details of a class, such as where it's located once I enroll?
A. To see a list of classes that you are currently enrolled in, click on the Class Schedule menu option in the NetLearning Student Interface. To see details of the classes you are enrolled in, click on the Info button to the right of the class title. This will provide you with session details such as a course description, date, time and location.
Q. I am enrolled in a class, but can no longer attend. How do I cancel?
A. To cancel a class, log into the NetLearning Student Interface and click on the Class Schedule menu option. Click the Unenroll button to the left of the class title. If someone else enrolled you, this option may not be available. Contact the Center for Education & Organizational Development at 598-4045 or 598-4063 for further assistance.
