Wanda's primary focus concentrates on developing instructional materials to meet the needs of a growing and changing workforce. Her education includes a BA in English/Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and her BS Associate in Information Science Technology was attained at Penn State University in 2003. Currently she is completing her Masters of Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University. She is also certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist in for the Microsoft 2003 Office Suite, has eLearning Developer Certification from Bloomsburg University, and is an Adobe Certified Expert for Adobe Captivate 3.

Jaime received her B.S degree in Computer Science at West Virginia University in 2000. She joined WVUH in 2001 and has over 7 years of computer applications training experience. Her current responsibilities include developing eLearning resources and activities as well as supporting other educators in the development of technology-based education. She also serves as the application analyst for the organization's Learning Management System. Jaime's training responsibilities include Outlook Email, NetLearning Administrator, and Performance Management. She is Microsoft Office Specialist certified in PowerPoint 2003.
