Maria has dedicated her career to life long learning and encouraging professional growth. Using her expertise in organizational development, strategy and broad scale change implementation, she has channeled her energies into developing programs and services designed to put departments and people on a path towards success at WVUH. Prior to joining WVUH, Maria served as the Director of the WVU Center for Executive Education at the College of Business & Economics and before that, as Director of Training and Development for WVU. Her particular areas of expertise include:

  • Recruitment and retention
  • Aligning corporate goals to strategic programs
  • Improving problem solving capabilities and renewal processes
  • Utilizing strategic collaboration to achieve sustainable results
  • Designing and executing strategic executive and leadership development programs
  • Redesign of existing processes and programs and the building of new ones
  • identification and application of best practices

Maria's education and training includes BA-Regents, Human Resources emphasis, from West Virginia University, Development Dimensions International (DDI) and CESD certified facilitator.

Judy RiggsJudy Riggs

Judy has over 20 years of progressive advancement in organization development, training and development, and human resource across a broad range of industries throughout Asia Pacific, United States, Latin America and Caribbean including Levi-Straus, Coca-Cola, ESPRIT, Colonial Pipeline and Chiquita. Her particular areas of expertise include:

  • Business process design
  • Organizational development
  • Work/process redesign
  • Change management & coaching
  • Building value-based business
  • Meeting design & facilitation
  • Leadership development & team-building
  • Diversity
  • Strategic & business planning

Judy’s education and advanced training includes a BA, French and Education from Ohio Wesleyan University, Systems Design, Accounting, Logistics degree from U.C. Berkeley, attendance at the Intercultural Institute at Stanford University, an Executive Coaching Certificate from New Ventures West and Corporate Education – Using Gestalt in OD, Strategic Development, Competency Modeling, Executive Management, Project Management, Training Assessment and Evaluation; Systems Thinking; Developing Learning Organizations.

Kelsie KittleKelsie Kittle

Kelsie joins the staff of the CEOD with over five years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Education Coordinator at WVUH. That experience was helpful to Kelsie as she embarked on the complete redesign of the New Employee Onboarding Program that compliments our new onboarding initiative for our employees. Kelsie has particular expertise in process design and material development. In addition to a degree in Recreation with an emphasis on Therapeutic Recreation and graduation from the WVUH Radiologic Technology Education Program & Nuclear Medicine Technology Education Programs, Kelsie has multiple clinical certifications and memberships that give her a unique perspective into the educational needs of our employees. In addition, Kelsie serves as the onboarding coordinator for new employees of WVUH.

Robin Selinsky

Robin joins the staff of the CEOD with over four years experience in Human Resources, specifically recruiting at WVU.   That experience will be helpful to Robin as she takes on training and curriculum development as well as organizational projects as an Education Associate.  Robin has experience in the following areas: 

  • Behavioral Interviewing Techniques
  • Employee Retention
  • Sourcing Plans
  • Recruitment strategies
Robin has a degree in Sociology from West Virginia University.

Autumn TennantAutumn Tennant

Autumn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Fairmont State University in December 2007. She has been an employee of WVUH since August of 2008 but is new to the Center for Education and Organizational Development. She assists the Organizational Development team in implementing all of the new and exciting programs they launch and manages the Tuition Reimbursement Program.
